Using the assistant

Example prompts and the review-then-apply workflow.

This page shows practical prompts and the habit that keeps AI useful: review, then apply.

What should I verify before opening registration to the public?

Review then apply

  1. Send the prompt

Ask for one clear outcome. Mixed requests (“tickets plus emails plus sponsors”) are harder to review.

  2. Read the draft

Check fields, prices, currency, capacity, and tone before anything goes live.

  3. Apply what you want

Accept only the parts that look right. Discard or regenerate the rest.

  4. Fine-tune in the real screen

Open Tickets, Forms, or Marketing to polish labels, reorder fields, or adjust copy.

Tips for better results

  • Name the event type (meetup vs conference) when it matters
  • After applying, place a test registration before sharing publicly
  • If a draft is wrong, say what to change rather than starting from scratch every time
